It was a pleasant experience staying here. Everything was so perfect and amenities very well arranged just as required for a family or any individual to live in with every staff member kind and courteous . Spent the Christmas holidays very nicely and enjoyed here. Strongly Recommend for anyone to be here at any point in time would be visiting here again, for sure.
The service was incredible - front-desk especially - and all other staff were very helpful, kind, and patient. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend!
The staffwere friendly. Biggest draw was the in door pool. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was good and filling. Ms. Ellis"s grits were delicious. My only complaint was the outrageous prices of their 'snacks'; go to the Dollar Tree right down the street and save yourself 4ish dollars!
Nice hotel overall, but the AC wasn’t working well during our stay. Breakfast was around 5/10: no orange juice, and most of the food (including eggs and patties) had way too much black pepper.
Highly recommend! My husband accidentally messed up with our reservation and the manager was very helpful and polite, figuring it out a solution for us. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, staff is amazing and the grits are to die for. Definitely coming back to this hotel when staying in New Orleans.
The hotel was very clean and our stay was comfortable to say the least. The location is ok however the lots next-door that lead to the property looks like a landfill. There is so much trash. It blows with the wind onto the hotel property. Quite an eyesore for such a nice property.
Very Friendly Staff, the lady woekingbthe from. Desk was very welcoming and I want to thank her for turning the TV on after I thought the remote needed batteries! Conventional to resturants and plenty of stores within walking distance
The staff here is above and beyond! Every single person we came in contact with who works here was fabulous!! They were so friendly, kind and super helpful! Our room was clean and the A/C was fabulous. If traffic isn't bad it's just a 15 - 20 minute drive into downtown (Canal Street, French Quarter, etc). But there are several stores- Target and WalMart within a one to two minute drive if you need to grab something really quick. We felt super comfortable here and will come back when we are in New Orleans again.
